Wordpress

Does anyone know how to transfer my archived posts from a Wordpress directory that was backed up off my old server to my wordpress.com blog? If so I would really appreciate some help.
Edit: Forget it. I guess the posts and comments are stored in the database, which I have no backup of.

iPhone Gets Macworld Hang-Up
